Grand Reopening of David Raines Community Health Center Minden Location

Minden, LA - David Raines Community Health Centers is proud to announce the grand reopening of its Minden Health Center, celebrating its newly renovated facility and continued dedication to serving the community.

The celebration begins with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 1:00 PM, officially welcoming patients, families, and community members back to the center. Immediately following, guests are invited to join the Health and Resource Fair, which will feature:

Free Wellness Checks Complimentary screenings including blood pressure and cholesterol tests.

Live Music and Entertainment Performances to keep the energy high throughout the afternoon.

Refreshments Light snacks and beverages provided.

Raffle Prizes Guests can enter to win exciting giveaways during the event.

This event is free and open to the public. Individuals and families of all ages are encouraged to attend and be part of this community celebration.
